This spacious single-family home features 3 private bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a thoughtfully designed open floor plan with room to spread out and relax. With accommodations for up to 10 guests, the home is ideal for extended families or groups who want both privacy and connection.

Perfect for Monthly Stays & Long-Term Guests
This 1400 square foot home is completely renovated from head to toe and ready for guests! 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, all appliances in kitchen, fully stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Including pots, pans, kitchen utensils, dishes, drinkware, Keurig coffe maker with starter pods, tea pot, platters, kitchen towels, pot holders. The breakfast area leads to back deck where you will find picnic table, built in pool, and a hammock. Relax on the front patio in two Adirondack chairs.
The cozy living room has large TV screen, with free wi fi available.
The floor plan is a split design, there are 2 bedrooms consisting of 2 sets of bunk beds in each room for a total sleeping arrangement for 8 people.
The opposite side of the house is a primary suite with a queen bed and full bath. Sleeps two comfortably. The laundry is a stackable washer and dryer.
This house is located on the North side of the island. Walk to the Gulf in 3 minutes, we provide beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, bikes upon request.
There is an electronic game system in one of the bedrooms consisting of hundreds of games fun for young children and adults. Plenty of board games and activities.
All bath towels, shampoo, conditioners, body wash, linens, extra pillows, blankets, are provided.
