Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Booking directly with the host: ACH, credit card or PayPal. Airbnb accepts major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Q: When is payment charged?
A: Direct bookings are charged in full upon reserving. When using a 3rd party vacation rental site, expect to conform to their payment policies.
Q: Can I cancel a reservation and get a refund?
A: Direct host bookings are non-refundable after seven days. If booking within seven days of arrival, a refund will not be offered unless the host replaces the booking with another guest. The reservation is explicitly held for the client. Reservation on other platforms will offer refunds based on their policies.
Check-In & Stay
Q: What time is check-in/check-out?
A: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m/ Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Special request will be considered.
Q: How do I access the property?
A: You will receive a lockbox code on the keypad prior to your arrival time, or a host may meet and greet you. Instructions are shared before arrival.
Q: Is the property private or shared?
A: All properties currently managed are single family homes.
Q: Are essentials like towels and toiletries provided?
A: Yes. We strive to provide everything you will need for a comfortable stay. All amenities are listed on properties profile(s) page.

Q: Can I bring extra guests or visitors?
A: Only registered guests are allowed for overnight stays.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Service animals only with supporting documentation from a treating physician.

Q: How do I know the place is clean?
A: The rentals are personally inspected for cleanliness when guests depart and after the cleaning crew is finished. Please check out stellar reviews for guest feedback.
